The Origin

A seed planted Pala, Kerala.

Born into a traditional farming family in the lush foothills of the Western Ghats, our founder Binoy Joseph was captivated by a single taste of the cocoa fruit. That seed of curiosity grew into Rolling Hills Chocolate.

His journey took him to Silicon Valley as a product design engineer, where he spent free hours in a garage chocolate lab running over 80 trial batches to unlock the science behind exceptional Indian cacao.
