Shipping Information
- We ship all chocolate products every Monday to maintain maximum freshness and avoid weekend transit delays.
- Monthly subscription orders are shipped on the first Monday of each month.
- All orders are carefully packed in thermally insulated packaging to protect against melting during transit.
Due to high temperatures in many parts of India, there is still a possibility of chocolates melting during transportation. Melting may affect the appearance, finish, crispiness, and glossiness of the chocolate bars. Temperature fluctuations can also cause chocolate blooming (a white powdery layer on the surface). This is a natural occurrence and does not affect the taste or safety of the product.

Complimentary speed post shipping across India.
Standard speed post shipping charge applies.
Subscription Cut-off Date
If you subscribe after the 15th of the current month, your subscription will begin with the following month's selection.

Returns & Refunds
We pour our hearts into every creation and want you to be completely delighted with your purchase. However, due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept physical returns of chocolates.
If your order arrives damaged, melted beyond acceptability, or does not meet your expectations, please contact us immediately. We are committed to resolving the issue and ensuring your satisfaction.
